What is everyone hoping will happen with season? From love between couples, to Grace opening up, to perhaps an appearence by Chloe?

What do you want to see that President McCallister accomplished? Or anything from the future part that you would like to see revealed by the end of this season.

Hmm...well, I'd like to learn more about Jack's death in the future or what led Bobby to want to become president or even go into politics. I'm very interested in Chloe - if she does make an appearance, I want to see her interaction between Peter and Courtney. I'd also like to see the writers explore other characters like Marcus, Missy, Warren, etc.

I agree with the above. I would like to know more about Jack's role in the future, as well as Bobby's. Jack's role is pretty much anchored in the present/past for right now. I would also like to see how Grace and Tom's relationship develops.

I also what to know how Jack dies or more importantly because of the future/present aspects. What age does he die at? Seeing Chloe would be a good idea to bring some real family life to the Benedicts. I know this will never happen but I would like to see how Courtney and Bobby got together after Jack's death and during the campaigning. Of course I want to see more Marcus. That boys needs some air time. Right now he is still being out there like the typical black best friend character. (Pete from Smallville) I would also love to know what Bobby will do as President or has done as President in regards to the Space program. We know he has an interest in that and I believe it should be explored further.

Most of the things that I would really like to see done will never happen. Because well, the show isn't on FX or HBO.

Michael - I completely agree - Marcus really needs to be "explored" more - the audience doesn't know much about him and there are so many storylines that could be explored. I also think it would be neat to see how the relationship between Courtney and Bobby develops.

Time has passed.... I now want Missy to be explored more on the outside of just her and Jack. They started to dig deeper into both her and Courtney with their friendship. Then that blew up in their faces.

I also would love to see the relationship between Courtney/Bobby take on a route. Maybe Bobby could admit to having a crush on her on something. We need to see more of the interaction between them. They will be the first couple.

Grace needs to stop smoking pot and try to find common ground with her sons. I don't think she will ever really tell them about their father but we need to know about him as well. I don't think that we will ever see him but we need more.

So many things need to be done this year...I hate to say it but it may be our only year with this great show.

Michael! Don't say that You might be right though - the ratings are looking pretty bad compared to the other networks - but it's the WB - this channel rarely competes with other networks ratings wise - I'm kind of happy though because the last episode did well in the demographics the WB looks at, so at least there is one positive from all this

Let's see, what do I want...
1. I'd like this VP issue to be cleared up - the writers drop a cliffhanger, but then never go back to it...
2. I'd like to see Bobby gain a real or true friend (not that Warren isn't great, but he's never around)
3. Obviously, I'd like to know more about both Jack and Bobby in the future - how does Jack die / how do Bobby and Courtney fall in love - stuff like that

This is just a point about the show I don't particularly like - I don't like that Jack, Courtney, Marcus, and Missy are sophomores - they look nothing like them! Juniors - maybe they could pass for, but not sophomores - I know that in the future, if the show's picked up, it adds another year of high school issues, but it doesn't fit - they just seem a lot older...

I'd rather know more about J/C before B/C.

Yeah, that's true, but a lot of shows start in their soph. year. DC, Gilmore Girls, Roswell... Why? Because the whole 90210 fear that once they get to college things get sucky (although a lot of ppl thought that about DC as well). That way, they get at least 3 years guaranteed, unless they screw it up, like a show on the list I won't mention :cough:

I want to see more of Grace/Tom, and Jack/Courtney ... having said that, I'd also like to see more interaction between Bobby and Courtney, just some hint, a link to the future.

I hope that should the show get cancelled after this season (god forbid!!) that the writers will get enough notice that they can finish out the season with a real ending, maybe revealing what happened to Jack (I don't know, I just get a feeling that's a revelation they're going to keep til the very end, if they can!) and explaining some of the other cliffhangers they've left.

I want to see more of Missy, and Marcus, definitely, I agree with you all there And I'd like to see Chloe again!

And I know that we still have another episode to go with Jimmy, but I'd like to see more of him. Beyond my Tom Cavanagh adoration, I think he and Grace worked well together at the beginning of the Lost Boys when they were sparring in her class ... it was fun, and gave Grace someone to play off that she could really be herself around, since he's known her all her life. He knew right away about her and Tom without anyone saying a word.

I'm actually pretty satisfied with what we've been getting. I read that Entertainment Weekly article last week about the show starting to center too much on Grace and in turn, receiving bad ratings, but I love Grace. I don't really want them to cut down on her scenes. Then again, I also think that the original premise of the relationship between the two brothers is important as well, and if they can keep those two things I'll be happy. Probably the most important thing is that they don't ever concentrate too much on the outside characters. Except for two things:

1. It would be nice to see more Bobby/Courtney scenes in the present. They had a few of those in the first couple episodes and then they practically disappeared.
2. Tom and Grace. Best relationship on the show outside of the McCallister family.

Rach - Exactly! I think it would be interesting to see more storylines regarding the "outside" characters like Marcus, Missy, etc. I also really love Jimmy - he's terrific - I know he's not signed on longer than the next episode, but still - I hope he comes back

Susan - EW said J&B focused too much on Grace? I don't really see that - I think more of the focus is dispersed among the McCallisters - not necessarily Grace - but also Jack and Bobby. I agree - Grace is interesting and a much more realistic character - she has flaws like everyone else, but she's also got a strong sense of what her beliefs are - I like that even though at times, I don't necessarily agree with what's said, but I still think it's important to have a set of ideas and beliefs and to stick by them.

I also agree with more B/C scenes - there were a lot like you said, but then they just stopped

What I want-

More Tom/Grace. I love you's would be nice, and kissing and dating and erm, extra-curriculur activites. Maybe him bonding with her sons.

Jimmy-I hope he comes back, maybe in the season finale, and joins the cast next season.

Peter-I want him to like Grace. It'd be funny. We could have a Tom/Benedict fight.

Oh, and Chloe's adorable. More her please.

*The development of Tom/Grace that won't include any triangles. I know it's inevitable, but we already have the Missy/Jack/Courtney deal to contend with. Let's have the adults be able to have a relationship without any games, please.

*No more long breaks. That's it with the breaks until the finale, right?

I agree that the cliffhangers shouldn't be dropped and then not addressed in the next episode. We seem to be jumping around with the timeline alot, but it would be nice to come back to the big stuff like the possible VP scandal.
