I sort of have a feeling that this will be the last that we hear of these two but we might get some mentioning of them from other characters (I'd say Connor but is he even coming back?)

I don't think we'll see them again either sadly. But I wish we could least have them pop in for the holidays, or bigger events. Just so we can know what they are up to. But I guess it depends on the current plans of the actors. They may get tangled up in other projects that would conflict with Degrassi's filming schedule.

I don't necessary think this is the way they're going, but I'd so watch a spin off with these two. Especially if they bring Jay along.

Oh and Connor is still on the show.

It's not too surprising there's an anti-thread, given how out of left field and random it seems. Of course, that does ignore all the history of multiple shared partners that these two have had with their friends over the years.

And for me, at least, all the reasons given why they don't work (other than lack of chemistry) are probably something I can't entirely disagree with.

But, I still like them and their crazy ass wedding. Sue me.

I can be apart of the anti-thread too because I really play both sides of the fence with these two, I love them and yet I think the way they happened was ridiculous
I would like a spin off too, we should get a whole new series of Degrassi College life or something and next generation can continue on with the new high school kids.

I think the reason that I dont HATE these two, even though they were very rushed is because they HAVE both been on the show for so long and so, I dont know, it seems somewhat fitting that they finally got together.

I'm on the fence too. A part of me is like 'they're kinda cute' and another part wishes they'd had build up, even one tiny moment per season would have sufficed. I feel so confused as to whether I love them or hate them!

Well we did get a moment in season nine. I just happened to catch that moment containing episode for the first time this weekend. It was one of only two I had missed from season nine. And while it wasn't anything huge, it certainly could be perceived as a building moment. I'm not sure of the time-line though. Was Emma in her second semester when she came into town on her bike trip?
