I can't help but go off topic and talk about Spike. While it was a good idea to use Emma for the DTNG spin-off, there's a part of me that feels weird about it because Emma was handed so many plots and Spike...well...she didn't do much else in Degrassi High. She had the pregnancy plot in Jr. High. You know that Degrassi 411 book? It kinda sounds like Amanda hates adult Spike.

Back on topic - this is my favorite underdog thread! Such controversy! So much drama! And here we are on thread 5.

OMG. You're a genius! That vid is awesome! I never would have thought of that song choice for them. Very clever, especially "flash forward to a few years later"... I'm always impressed when vidders can use clips from different sources and make it look convincing. Great job!

And don't listen to JustMe2000. I don't know why he doesn't like Alanis. Hands Clean is sort of a bittersweet song but I agree that the "fast forward to a few years later" line works very well!

I was always going to make a video of these two to Massive Attack's Protection. That will always be the Snarcy anthem to me.

This thread still has the best OP on the board. And well it should, since this is the best couple on Degrassi. Even if you were to disregard the romantic component (though I don't know how you could do that ) these two just had great, authentic interactions. And phenomenal sexual tension.

I'm disappointed that this page exists on the Degrassi wiki, but there's nothing for Snarcy. Also, neither Snake nor Darcy are mentioned on each other's respective pages as love interests. What??? We need to correct this immediately!

Well, if you look in the trivia section of that page, Snarcy is mentioned. However, they seem to have made a mistake. They say that Snake was "crushed on" by Darcy, when we know they mean to say that Snake was sincerely and passionately loved by Darcy in what was unquestionably the most passionate and requited relationship in Degrassi history.

And Nicole, where on earth do you find this stuff? It even looks like the snake that Darcy drew.
