Do you have the link to her first Degrassi On the Set webisode? I remember they talked about the casting difficulties for Izzy. She was originally supposed to be much younger but Nina couldn't handle the baby well and Izzy was aged up. Another snippet I remember is Cassie saying that Nina is an Elliott Smith fan and she approved.

Thanks for posting that clip. It probably makes me a bad person, but I can't help it, the first and really only thing I noticed is just how obvious it is that she's reading off a teleprompter.
