i have no problem seeing my friends or bf cry (it obviously affects me still...), but seeing my family cry is the worst thing in the world.

and there has been much of it. and it is tearing me apart.

I know what you mean...everytime I see any of my family members cry, especially the grownups (in another words, anyone who's older than me...hehe), I always get uneasy and don't know what to do...

I can understand how you feel. My grandmother lost both of her sons, so there's been a lot of crying in this family over that. Funerals are the absolute worst.

Just try to be there for them. Offer them a shoulder to cry on or allow them to talk out their thoughts with you. I know there's no easy solution, but these methods could help ease the pain you are all suffering. You have to band together most during these times, right? Lean on one another and be as loving and as encouraging as you can be. My grandmother didn't want to talk about it at first, but then she started encouraging talks about my last uncle. I just can't stand to see poeple cry in general...whenever i see anyone crying i start to cry

It hurts so much to see any of my family cry. I just sit with them and if they want to talk I listen. But more often then not we just sit together.
