I remember you "telling" someone about that before.....bummer after alll that work or the sound/music not being there.......

Because of all the fires in the area and in British Columbia where Leanne lives, the quality of air is very poor in Seattle which hardly ever happens and it has been hazy/smokey affecting my asthma.

I’m over this hazy, smoky air, it seems this may happen every summer now with global warming!

Today I start an art journal with drawing my cat using a pen and coloured markers, the pen drawing wasn’t bad, but I realize maybe I should use pencil crayons for color, not splotchy markers.

I am frustrated...my husband forgot about my physical therapy session that began ten minutes ago I had tried to get a hold of him for an hour but he left his two phones in the car. I finally got a hold of him at 4:32. I hope to be at therapy by 5PM for a 30 min session instead of an hour session.....

Hey Erin....My hubby got me to PT by 5 PM and I had a wonderful 30 minute session!!! She got my shoulders relaxed and muscle spasms/tightness worked out with gentle passive range of motion stretches and gentle massage. She is so skilled and "gets it" with my pain and limitations with my body. We began working together last September after my total right knee replacement surgery!!!

Thank you I am very happy and still feeling the benefits of the session.

My clothes came that I ordered from the catalog and my friend is sending a check for the amount I used on my gift card from my husband. Everything fits perfect!!!

Karen-that's nice..I like ordering things too although I haven't done that in a while. We don't have many stores here so I have to end up ordering things online a lot.
