Ew, that sucks.

My brother and I are the only ones in our entire family that never got the pox or measles, and we were exposed to them all the time by infected cousins.

Well that blows. I had them when I was 7, my sister and brother both got them twice though.

That's what I thought, then when my sister got them from me after she already had them we found out you can get it again. The doctor told us that it is possible, especially if you didn't get them really bad the first time around.

yeah, if you're really really young when you have them, or don't have them badly your body doesn't build an immunity to it.

and ugh I hate them too

I have to figure out when the crap I had them

my mom keeps confusing me and my sister and swears I had them in Belgium

then be careful

if you get them as an adult they're a lot more serious

and can turn into something... I don't remember the name... but they're bad

If you don't get CP as a kid, you can get CP as an adult. You usually get shingles if you have had chicken pox again.

I don't think I have shingles. I think I've got chicken pox again.

I had them when I was 17 and I had them really bad. I never thought I'd get them because I was around them constantly when I was a kid and never got them. It took my sister to get them and then a week later I got them despite me saying "I won't get them.. I'm immune!" HA. CP are sneaky buggers.

They're not bad this time around... I had them something terrible 6 years ago. REAL BAD!

I only had them once when I was about five, and had a terrible case of them from everything I'm told. My sister's actually gotten them a couple of times though, so I know it's possible to get them more than once...

I feel for you.

My son Liam got it last year and 10 days later my daughter got it really badly all over her body and my other son Luke got it mildy and all his poxes were on just one butt cheek!

I had them when I was really little, like three. I remember my mom telling me not to scratch them, or she wouldn't give me chocolate. I tried really hard but ended up scratching them, and then getting mad when she found out I was doing it.

I had it really bad, though.
