Yeah, even though they forgave each other, there was something that changed. And it COULD have been the fact that Brooke and Haley got closer in that time when Peyton and Haley had the falling out, because when Peyton and haley were close, Brooke and haley were only acquaintances for the most part.

Then Brooke/Peyton had fall out again.. I felt like the creator didn't know what to do w/ female friendships.. Not sure if that made sense..
