I thought the weather was very fresh and breezy before the run, Kia, but whilst I was doing it, it felt really humid, and I got really uncomfortable. Then my foot hurt towards the end, and then I had to just walk back home.

How are you doing? I hope you're coping with the diagnosis you got.

Well, mostly I feel like I am tackling it head on but I do have my dark hours.... like mysanthropic, world-hating, everyone sucks and should go to hell dark... but I guess that is to be expected.
It makes my friends very insecure because I am usually a very positive sunshiny person. Yesterday when I wasn't answering my phone all afternoon (because I was hating the world and wanted to be by myself and not talk to anyone) they even called my mom Poor sweeties. I'm glad I have such good friends.
Today I had some of them over for cake. That was really nice

And yes, that is exactly what I meant. Weird weather. Sorry to hear about your foot. Hope it already feels better

Aww! Your friends sound really gorgeous! I'm glad they are there looking out for you.

You're bound to have dark moods right now. I think you will get through this though. Nice to know you have a good support network there for you.

Yes, it's been hot and dry for so long, it's really weird. I really don't like humid days, though.

It’s a warm day but doesn’t feel too hot yet. There are some things I have to do soon but I don’t particularly want to do any of it cause they require unknown waiting times. Getting my bloodwork done. Renewing my drivers license and getting groceries. I also need to do my EI report so I can get money

Kia, my doctor only believes me and fixes my physical needs, but doesn’t believe me with my social emotional needs and brushes them off, recommending things like going to classes or walking everyday and I make too much eye contact to be possibly Aspie and didn’t even ask me about why I beleive that. So not helping me, if she won’t even beleive me.

I actually miss the sunny days. I got soooo used to having breakfast on my balcony
It's supposed to get warmer again towards the weekend.

Tomorrow I plan to go to the mall to the shop that gave me the contacts to test.
Still not sure what to do about them. The second pair was much better than the first and I am definitely getting better at putting them in and taking them out but reading is difficult with them That doesn't feel right.
But I am also going to look around for new glasses. My favourite sales lady is in tomorrow

They are for my friend's twins. They are a few months old. I put bells in the bunny and cat's heads so they also make noise

Oh, on my iPad I have an “emoji keyboard” I can switch to for using in chat and some show up here and some apparently don’t!

Ah, I have to learn to meditate. I bought those mindfulness magazines and one is about meditating, although I think you need some quiet to do that so I can’t do it when the kids are above me.

I went and got sooooo much food, I hope,I can eat it all before it goes past due date. too much for one person, I think! I got stuff for sandwiches and I can’t beleive how much I can cram into my little freezer... I guess packing boxes of books at work or “autism brain” gives me a talent for almost perfect fitting into square spaces with no wasted space

Yeah, I hate financial things too, it goes all above me head at a certain point! They should teach realistic finance management in high school rather than geometry and algebra!

I feel accomplished now that I got food, now I’m ready to manage DMV and blood clinic next on my list of to-do’s

Kia, it's perfectly normal what you're going through right now. Don't ever feel bad for feeling angry, hating the world, and resenting everyone. There is nothing wrong with you for going through all of those feelings. I am thrilled to hear that your friends were there, and that they care even when you're not feeling like responding.

Have you gotten your contacts, or glasses? Those little babies you knitted are SO cute. It's amazing what you got done, without doing it on a regular basis.

Leanne have you gotten either of the things done that you wanted to? I'm glad you got all your grocery shopping done. You're a handy little storage nut. I need you to come do mine when you're done.

I just woke up with a low sugar incident, but, at least it got me up. I was up gathering things for the rescue help for the Titanic.

I have been sleeping and sleeping and sleeping. I am so glad I see the Dr. soon. I get like that in summertime, but it's still bothersome.

I have to run my errands tomorrow.

It’s gonna be a hot, dry forecast over here for July. Oh goodie! My plan is to go to the blood clinic today and get the blood taken. I had my eggs I bought boiled so now I can have two hard boiled eggs per day, to me they are delicious

I want coffee before I leave, but after my SIL starts her first load of laundry!

I wonder if she will put on the air conditioning or not cause it seems she doesn’t mind heat! I’ve got an electric fan I can blow directly on me when she does that!
