The way they're promoting the movie it's like they don't want people to see it :headslap:.

BTW, went to see Wall-E yesterday (one of the cutest movies ever :D) and saw the poster. It wasn't in a place where everyone would see it though :(, had to look around the theater a bit to find it.

ETA: The video clue on the Widget isnt' pixalated anymore. Agent Drummy (aka Xzibit) is pretty kick ass. I'm weirdly almost as excited about the new characters as seeing M&S (and possibly Skinner) again. Also the website has Downloads of wallpaper and icons and lets just say I prefer what the talented X-Philes have come up with way more than what's on the page.

ETA: I just put it on my DVR and I can't stop watching it. There is a surprise in it so I won't spoil it for anyone by talking about it, but it made me happy :D.

I agree that in all this "keeping the plot" secrecy...they're keeping the idea of the movie out of public eye. Its got to do some serious marketing if its coming out the weekend after the Dark Knight...even in its second week the dark knight will bring some serious heat so come on!

Another official site update to include Events and a sort of guessing game of the plot (if you guess all the questions right you get some free stuff, first prize is a prop from the movie).

Following the discussion, Chris and Frank will take questions from the audience. 20th Century Fox will release The X-Files in theaters on July 25.
