Definitely, I'd be very happy with ten episodes! Hopefully that means that the mythology episodes will have a two-parter to open the season with this time, as well as a few more different MoTW's

 . 10 episodes and 10 weeks of watching and discussing it down the line!  other boards do "live watches". I wonder if we could pull one off, although different time zones may not work. And if they film in spring, I'd hope for a fall season of next year  __________________

I'd already be glad if the season would start in America and Europe at the same time. But this won't happen unfortunately.

How delayed is your time to watch American shows, Sandra? I'm delayed with The Fall and GA already mentioned her favourite episode this season and I have to still wait a few weeks to see what she is talking about!

 It makes me  this sounds so good! 10 episodes for next fall tv? And shooting in the spring makes me hopeful for driving by a possible on location shoot of them in the area!    __________________

Of course FOX wants more ep.! The XF had the best screening rates on the internet the first half of 2016. Besides they started with 50 mio. Viewers (without europe) for the first episode. And they had one of the best ratings with the younger audience in the first half of 2016. They would be stupid if they won't, they would do even more.

Ok, so today, there is an interview with GA about child trafficking but at the end of it, they asked about X-Files so why would she say this??

No idea why she says this. Last thing I heard was that they're close to make new contracts. One person on twitter even wrote that they're already searching for settings and prepare scripts etc. Maybe she just wants to pressure it a bit? No idea.
