I really loved this episode, especially Hurley. Love Hurley.
When he was running through the jungle, all I could thing of was "Dude! I'm spry!" __________________

This ep was really great. Like a breath of fresh air.
Hurley was awesome. Loved seeing him, Jin and Sawyer (and to my surprise Charlie wasn't too bad, either) working on that car. Danielle is definitely going to be on board with Kate now that she's heard about Alex. |

Tonight's episode was a nice change of pace to the usual heavy stuff we've been getting lately. It was just a fun episode. Vintage Lost. Also yay Vincent!

This ep was pretty good. Some of the van stuff cracked me up. Loved Hurley's "Shut up, Redneck...man!" Nice ending, good job with the motivation Kate , Danielle=great ally and she's sure got some motivation now too. __________________

This episode was great! Nice to see some happy things actually happen.
And I missed Kate and Sawyer interacting with the other Losties. |

I really loved this episode, it reminded me a lot of S1, probably because of the car scenes. Hurley- It's interesting that his overeating was essentially a coping strategy for his father's abandonment. I really enjoyed the flashback, since his father was always noticeably absent from ones in the past. I also loved his scenes with all the guys, especially Sawyer. Hurley's speech at Libby's grave brought a tear to my eye. I enjoyed the reunion between the beach Losties! It's clear Kate & Sawyer have some unresolved tension between them, I felt bad for him when he realized she left, but what did he expect? And nice to see the token Paolo/Niki scene thrown in to remind us that they're going to be big characters. I think they uttered a whole three lines between them, wow. And Desmond/Sawyer scene! __________________

Awww...what a nice, light-hearted, hopeful episode. We've been over in Otherville for such a long time this season with the beatings, mind games, threats of death, shootings, Jack yelling or generally looking constipated that it was becoming quite depressing. This episode really lifted my spirits especially after last weeks very mediocre, forced and non sensical repetitiveness.
Hurley talking to Libby at the graveside was very touching. The reunion was very sweet. Desmond and Charlie deflating Sawyer's rage about his stash to be topped off with Jin and Hurley completely disarming his anger by their show of affection in seeing him again. Perfect. Sawyer, you magnificent moron. You gotta learn how to take an olive branch when it's being extended to you. It was nice to see the island as we did in S1. The scenic beauty of that place nearly disappeared last season with all the time we spent in that dreary hatch with those two depressing characters bickering all the time. The boys bonding over flat, stinky beer and an impossible mission was just great fun. Hurley slapping Charlie out of his self-pitying mode was genius. Not a lot of plot advancement, but that was fine...didn't need it. There were some nice subtle set ups that I hope the writers will build upon. Best line of the night: "Let's look death in the face and say, Whatever, man." Oh, Hurley...how you've been missed. __________________

'Magnificent moron' is a perfect way to describe Sawyer. Making things so difficult for himself with Kate. |

Simply adorable :-) Sawyer's three things to say to a woman made me DIE of laughter!!! And I did like the end. It's good to see Rousseau back and kicking. However, it annoyed me when the fade to black came after "I'm pretty sure she's your daughter" Oh please, Give us something we don't know. Whatever. I'm intrigued for next week. It looks fascinating __________________

I really liked this episode. All the Charlie/Hurley/Sawyer/Jin moments were great. I loved when Hurley slaped Charlie The only thing missing for this episode to be perfect was more CC interaction.
I'm so happy that Kate is going to rescue Jack!!! I can't wait to see those two together again. __________________

I don't really get why they named the episode Tricia Tanaka is Dead. It didn't really have much to do with the episodes major storylines.
