I loved loved lvoed this episode it was great and i also loved the Jack flashback scenes they were awsome and Sewyer and kate are the perfect couple, i really luved it awsome.

Not sure if I liked this season opener for Lost...I'm a big fan and I didn't find anything about this episode as a "Wow" factor.

The flashbacks are getting old
Way too many commercials. I think there was probably like 20 minutes of the actual episode and because of this...
Nothing really happened. So much more could have been packed into this opener.

There were a couple of highlights- the "Others" Boca-del-Vistas--creepy, Sawyer, and I do like the new character Juliet.

That's about it. I hope it gets better.

Anyone else find it interesting that Mr. Friendly AKA Zeke was in the hospital bed in the one flashback. The nurse was talking about self administering pain medication... Hhhhhhmmmmmmm

last night's episode was just great! the beginning was awesome! the others have there little own neighborhood. that is crazy!

matthew fox/jack did an awesome job. i felt him when he said "where are my friends!" i was like awww.

i love the scene between sawyer/kate. the way they were looking at each other. amazing! chemistry baby!

i love it when kate says,"i want to see jack." for next week's episode.

i'm goin to have to rewatch my tape of last night's episode to catch the clues. i had a feeling the Others had formed some kind of community but i still can't figure out why they kidnapped all the people or how it is all connected to the Hatch. some theories are that they are battling the Dharma initiative. the community could be the experiment itself but i can't figure out they know so much about Jack and his life or how they know what's goin on outside in the world. also, the whole community thing feels too much like that movie The Village. it'll be interesting to see how the community came about and why.

Totally awesome opening! Loved seeing the crash from the Other perspective, and loved seeing Goodwin and Ethan again! It certainly seems like this was something they had prepared for, even if they didn't directly cause the crash.

My theory on Kate, which I'm gonna throw out there so that in the unlikely event it turns out to be true, I can say "I told you so," is that she was actually injected with something, (as opposed to having blood drawn, which was my initial thought) which is going to have a degenerative effect on her body which means that every bump and bruise she gets over the next two weeks will be greatly magnified. This would explain why the cuffs had damanged her wrists so much. Perhaps they're using her as a guinea pig to test some new antiseptic they've developed, (Zeke did say he'd bring her some, afterall). That's my theory and I'm sticking to it until I'm proven completely wrong.

It was pretty mean of him to run and lock her in when the water came pouring out.

At first I thought that too, but re-watching it, I'm not convinced it's actually him. We don't really get a good enough look at him IMO. Also, I've always assumed that Zeke has been on the Island for practically forever, so I'm not sure that he ever would have been in the same city as Jack, let alone the same hospital room.

Loved the premiere last night and I am all giddy for next week

Loved Sawyer last night, he was awesome, I loved how he was so concerned for Kate and he gave her the biscuit. But I loved the part when he got that speaker to work and he started dancing

Matthew Fox never ceases to amaze me with his emotions, I was crying along with him at the end, he did an awesome job.

Of course during the first 5 minutes, my jaw dropped as they said we would. Countdown to next week's ep!

I'm a huge fan of lost and the season finale just left me with a big "Wow," but the season premire left me with a "ohh." I wasn't verry happy with this eposide. It didn't pull my intrest like other eposides do. Mainly I think it was because they didn't show any of the other characters and what is happening with them. Though we will see it Next week.

I did love the Sawyer and Kate scenes. It was too cute when he gave her his cookie. I was totally "awwing" that scene. lol.

We're discovering somethign about "the others" every episode. They are pretty technologically advanced. I mean they have houses and all that stuff. It's totally weird. I wonder what they are up too.

Anyways, Can't wait till next week. It looks pretty awesome

This episode frustrated me to no end.

I thought the revelation was amazing and I kind of figured that was coming, I thought that Kate and Sawyer's stories were interesting.

But then there was Jack. It was not smart of them to start this episode with Jack and his whiny problems. He is the middle of a strange facility run by terrifying ruthless people and all he can think about is his ex wife? Why couldn't we see some stuff about Sawyer, maybe he had been in jail before or something. I don't know I just couldn't stand Jack and his whining. I can't stand Jack in general so I suppose it didn't help that he was extra mopey today.


Also I hate the Other SOOO much that I cannot stand them being in power. I know that they know everything and we don't but damnit, I can't stand it.

So this ep just pissed me off.

I agree, I liked the epi but the only thing you learnt from it was Henry's real name is Ben, the others live in a communitry with electricity and stuff. Also Jack is really obsessive, stubborn and just annoying in general.

I liked how they portrayed the emotions in the flashback but as usual there isn't anything to gain from Jack's flashback, so I really wish they wouldn't give him any or cut back on the amount we see from him.

i have watch the epi and i like it a lot, it too interesting how The Others live and the big island ,,

i love how sawyer celebrate when he get food and when he sees what it is, poor, he has the worst part in jail as an animal and without food

i ha ve to sai that every time a see a new flashback from jack i like his character less, he is a neurotic , it is hardly susprising that his wife leave him

and sawyer Kate too cute how he gave her his only food, and how he look her, thats loveeeee

and i like julia a lot i want to know a little more about her
