I don't think he's "Him" though, not the leader. It seems like the Others don't know who "Him" is or what he looks like. Maybe "Him" is the guy who's supposed to rescue them all or something.

So, when we didn't know for sure that he was an Other, did you guys think he was or did you guys think he was telling the truth about the balloon and stuff? Because I was always on the fence

Talk about amazing acting! When he was telling his story I was sure he was telling the truth, and then we got those creepy looks...he did such an amazing job fooling everyone!!!

I was always on the fence too. Some episodes/scenes I thought he wasnt. Other times I was sure he was an "other."

I loved how Mr. Friendly seemed to be afraid of him, like he really respected him. I don't know if Henry is HIM but he sure as hell has some power

I don't think he is. I took him to be the Leader of the Others, but I remember him asking about "Him". It seems as though none of the Others even know who "Him" is (I think it's reasonable to assume Kelvin knew Henry).

Oh yeah, and remember him telling our guys about "him"? He was in awe and seemed to look up to the guy a lot. So unless he's REALLY into himself, HIM is someone else

In Maternity Leave, did we actually see "HIM" when Ethan was with Claire and that guy came to the door, or was that just Mr. Friendly without his beard.

HIM must be equated to some kind of God/Savior. If the Others are actually the experimentees and not the ones doing the experiments, it's possible they keep thinking this HIM is going to show up sometime and save them all. OR HIM is on the island and only a select few have really seen him...
