In the s4 trailer. We see Alex and Karl together, but Locke is pointing a gun to Ben and we hear a gunshot. Of course it coud be a misdirect.

She also screams "No!" about something. I wonder if that has to do with Ben? I'm so happy she'll have a bigger part in S4. :)
