I just wish that the ring that Earl gave Wade was seen again because they almost forgot it was given. Why would Wade need a ring when he had a ring.

Yeah, I feel like even though Wade thought it was too soon in that moment, I kind of assumed that Wade just kept the ring for when the time was right because he still wanted to be with Zoe for the rest of his life...

So instead Earl could have been saying he went by their place and got the ring then. No way Wade had the ring on him.

Exactly. And being that it happened in the 4th season they couldn't have just forgotten about it.
