Ugh had a co-worker come into sick to work the last two days, managers said nothing they worked with everyone and test positive for COVID last night. So now I am spending the three day weekend trying to social distance from those I live with as best as I can.

Like we were already down people because they were sick so I don’t know why they would not take it seriously or the mangers send them home, even if all the office is vaccinated.

I will be honest I really didn’t think we would be going into 2022 still dealing with this thought this would be a 2020 thing, and it’s just depressing that there is no end in sight.

I know, Alexia. :( It's frustrating that we're still dealing with this crap. But the omicron variant really isn't as severe as the previous ones, and if it spreads rapidly the pandemic should peak and then start to taper off. Hopefully by the end of 2022 we'll be nearly through this thing.
