That was his first, I think when Luke pushed him in lake, because he was telling Lorelai about it and then Babbette came in to saw she was missing Pierpont

I have to say I think right now we need some female empowerment, so having her end up single I know not everyone would like, but it would a great message to those girls watching that your life is not all about who you marry.

Yeah I think they would, because they are going to show her off track and deciding what she wants to do, and remember that wasn't Amy's final episode so this is her ending.

I agree about female empowerment, but isn't it ironic that women also are the most rabid shippers? If a couple doesn't end up together they're heartbroken.
