So we are below average, but boards are exempt from the requirements for the month of December.

I also want to take this time to mention a few things regarding the board when posting. Please try to start discussions in threads, sometimes if someone just puts an emoji or states something random it's hard for someone to build on the last post and move the conversation forward. Once we start to get more news in I don't think this will be a problem anymore. Also when asking questions please try be clear quote the post you have a question about because their are different discussions going on and I'm not sure what the question is regarding and I like to answer everyone's question, and I feel bad having to ask a question then having that person answer in order to answer the question.

If anyone has any questions please feel free to PM me. I don't do these type of posts to be rude or make anyone feel bad, but I want to improve this board and I feel like it's the small things that really help.
