Haven't seen the Scott dude before, even if I did catch him in a movie I may have missed who he was

Maybe he ended up as a drifter not by choice but because of some mistakes?
So Chad said on Instagram that he has to shave the beard off on June 26th. This could mean either two things - 1. The shooting of OPC starts on the 15th and ends on June 26th (which seems way too fast honestly )OR 2. Like we speculated his character might go through some appearance change halfway through the movie. Sam and a pair of scissors getting to work probably? __________________
