True... they're weren't a lot of bright shining stellar moments, but enough good 'solid' ones to carry us through...

I watched an ep of the show on tv tonight. The one with the girl dying from cancer. Really sad story
 But the part that got to me the most was the scene where she talked to her old teacher, who had taken such good care of her at school, and who she had been forced to report as a sexual offender  Really shows us something about today's obsession with pedophilia. That he was willing to give her extra care and attention, take a picture with her to remember, when she had missed the real class photo shoot for instance, made him an easy target for such nasty accusations. People should be praised for such initiatives, not pointed out as probable criminals. But still, this happens, a lot, in RL as well. |
