I Will Be On Infrequently This Week
 

Hi guys! :wave:

I just wanted to let everyone know that I will be on the JA board in frequently this week due to back & neck pain that has extended to my left arm & shoulders.
I'll let you all know when I will be back to normal and posting regularily. I will try to get on at least once a day if I can to check the board. It hurts to type so I'm limiting my computer time until my pain gets better. I'm not sure what's caused the pain.

Please continue to post as you all normally do.

I am so sorry about your neck and back pain.
Sounds like maybe a herniated disc or pinched nerve in your neck.

Hope that you get better! I know how horrible back and neck pain can be! I have those problems too! We'll miss ya! Take you time getting better! :D

Thanks guys. I still have pain, but I'm hoping that it will soon go away if not I'll have to go back to the doctor, I don't know about you all, but I hate going to the doctor. ;)

I am the same way,but maybe you need to see one.
Maybe a chiropractor could help you.

Yes, maybe a chiropracter would help. Just my advice though! I love chiropracters!

It seems to be a little better in a way. It's not as bad in my back or neck, but it seems worse in my left hand and arm. If I'm not better by Monday I'll probably make a doctor appoint.

I don't like going to the Doctor,either,but it sounds like you really need some help with this.
Something( a bulging disc,maybe) has to be pressing on a nerve in your neck(cervical spine) to make your left arm and hand feel numb like that .
I really hope you get better over the weekend.
