The tale of Billie and Phoebe is one of friendship and understanding. Billie is a new witch with
a spontaneous streak. She is enthusiastic and eager to learn magic, much like Phoebe was when
She first became a witch. Phoebe is understanding and comforting when Billie steps outside of
The line. She becomes a shoulder for Billie to lean on and Billie becomes an ear for Phoebe to
vent to. Their friendship grows as Phoebe helps Billie find her lost sister Christy. As Christy
manipulates Billie and turns her against the Halliwell sisters, Phoebe remains hopeful that she
can get through to Billie. And as Billie finds herself confused and unsure, she looks to Phoebe.
In the end, the two are able to overcome their differences and form a life long c o n n e c t I o n.

Billie: I was just trying to help!
Phoebe: How is this helping?
Billie: Well, I didn’t mean for you to get married.
Phoebe: Why would you use magic when we specifically asked you not to?
Billie: I thought you just meant demon magic. I didn’t know you meant innocent magic too!
Phoebe: Does this look innocent to you?
Billie: Well… you look fabulous.
Phoebe: Oh don’t you butter me up with a compliment missy!
