Crash & Burn

I'm sorry if this isn't allowed, I just thought I'd try my luck.

I don't like this ship for a whole load of reasons:

-Extremely rushed. It feels like the only reason they're together is to satisfy their need for Phoebe to have the perfect relationship. I mean she's gone through more guys than any one else

-I would have been okay with them, had they stuck with the old Coop. I thought the original was so sweet. He was a tad bit pudgy and not all chiseled and muscular. They've switched him for some handsome hunk just so Phoebe will end up with someone 'hot'

-He's gone for what - 6 years? He comes back and then he's the love of her life? yup, it makes sense

-After her bazillion failed relationships, what makes this one different or special?


-aaaand, I am a huge Phoebe/Cole fan and so I'm bitter I just wish they'd give the fans what they want

See, my thing is that Coop wasn't the Cupid from season two. That was my problem. If they were going to have her stay with Cupid, they should have brought the other one. It just shows how superficial Phoebe is.

I think she could have ended alone, and when she was narrating, she could have saind something that she had found the love of her life, a couple of years down and that she married him after knowing him for years...at least months. lol.

I think bringing Cole back from the dead, would have been a better choice, but anything but Coop.

I hated them because it was so rushed, they should have introduced him earlier in the season instead of that other guy, it might have made sense then.

Honestly, it was definitely rushed, however I think Paige/Henry was way over the top rushed as well. At least with Phoebe and Coop they showed their wedding somewhat in the future, not right on the spot like Paige. I think everyone thought that we all wanted to see all of the sisters married with children, but in the end it was a bit cheesy because of the time frame. The Dex Lawson storyline went NOWHERE like Phoebe's last few guys. They should have introduced Coop then. The old cupid would have been great but I guess it shows that there are many and varying angels of death, destiny, elders, and yes even cupids.... but come on, really

Well, i liked Phoebe/Cole too but i will say this. I preferred the Phoebe/Coop pairing in the end compared to the bizillion one-timers she had after Cole. I mean, i got the feeling they started to do that with Prue too after Andy died and it annoyed me so i guess that's the only good thing that came from her death. We were spared all the wanna-be's and special guest appearances that wouldn't measure up just like what happened with Phoebe.

Also, i don't think this Coop and the Cupid from season 2 were suppose to be the same cupid. From my understanding of season 2, there are more than one cupid. So, the Elders sent her a different one to meet and fall in love with.


I think Phoebe/Coop could have developed into something more if they hadn't been rushed. So... i'm on board with that complaint. Same with Henry/Paige. I really liked him but that relationship was forced too! And... i did like Coop, but the dude needed a little more balance. I found it annoying when the girls would be in the middle of a life/death situation and he wanted Phoebe to drop everything all in the name of following "love." Unrealistic.
