They all have the same contract, but I'm sure they do have meetings to decide whose strengths to play up in whichever episode (like Jai in the ep where he taught the guy to dance, Kyan in the ep where the guy cut his mullet, or the guy took his toupee off). And then again during editing, someone might have been having an off day or something else might have bonded with the SG more, so they end up being featured more heavily.
