And who do you consider "secondary" characters?

Haley/Joy got third billing before Hilarie & Sophia for all 9 seasons, so I would consider "Peyton" & "Brooke" secondary characters over "Haley".

~~But I'm always gonna be biased towards Haley/Joy over everyone else.~~

I think he meant in like 10 years from now, doesn't have any interesting in playing Luke right now. Actually Hilarie got third billing, at least in the first six seasons anyway, then it was Joy and Sophia last. Like Chase, Chris, Mia, like basically none of the core 5 showed any interest.
