Same here, definitely is my least favourite BP season.

I didn't like how they wrote Brooke's character S4

Yeah I didn't really find her actions OOC like some other people did.

I didn't either. As much as I hated it, none of it seemed OOC for her. She'd been acting that way since season 1. I'm just glad they got past it and that Brooke had grown up so much post time jump. I could never see adult Brooke behaving the same way.

Yeah agreed, she definitely was someone who aimed low when she felt wronged (Lucas with the pregnancy lie, Rachel with spreading around of Rachel when she was fat), so that's why I felt her making fun of Peyton's moms was OOC.

It was kind of par for the course with her, and tbh, it wasn't really the first time she was nasty to Peyton (that goes back to early season 1 when she mocked her for thinking she could be friends with Haley), that was pretty constant too, I think s4 stands out because it was by far the worst.

Not sure she could have gone lower than that, tbh, and I'm still surprised they managed to move past that. That's a pretty hard thing to get over, imo.
