Therapy has been my CONSTANT in all this. It helps me check in with myself and navigate the rollercoaster life is taking me on. I have had to realize I cant hold it all in and find a small group I can tell “I am not ok...” and feel safe to share, cry, scream and fall apart with. Its #mentalhealthawarenessmonth and I think its important to tell you my truth... the part that we don’t see in pretty pictures. The part which makes me feel like I am human and WILL be ok.
