What OTH character are you most like? and why?

Haley, Because I was known as the smart chick in high school. I was also a little on the quiet side.

What OTH character is most like your best friend and why?

Brooke, In her younger days she was the world's biggest flirt, she definitely walked on the wild side, she was always the center of attention when it came to the male population, and she was the life of every party. She's still a bit of a flirt (although she's married now) and she's still the life of every party.


What OTH character is most like someone you dated? and why?

My boyfriend in HS was like Tim, He was a jock, nice looking , and the clown of the bunch


Do your real life experiences effect your POV on OTH happenings? and why or why not?

Yes. I tend to relate most to the characters who I can relate to. Also the whole P/L thing struck a chord with me since my HS boyfriend played home girlfriend/away girlfrioend when he went away to college. Those girls knew he was taken and I had zero respect for them much like Peyton.


Do you think Tree Hill High is like your current or former High School? What are the differences? What are the similarities?

In some ways yes. The similarities-- The big sport in our school was basketball not football and it's a small southern town. the differences-- The big ones are if someone from the out crowd dated someone popular they'd automatically be part of the in-crowd. Another big difference is on our school everyone knew your business. So Peyton/Lucas kissing in the hallway wouldve made it back to Brooke before the end of the school day. A really big difference is Nathan would be popular because he's on varsity but he'd never be king of the school that was reserved for juniors and seniors also only a senior was allowed to be captain of a sports team including cheerleading.

What OTH character are you most like? and why?
I'm not really like any of them but the character I'm most like is Haley. I'm that snarky little good girl who gets the good grades (except in Chem, *lol*). But my Brooke characteristics sometimes come out when I step out of line from time to time. Heh.

What OTH character is most like your best friend and why?
Peyton, interestingly enough. My best friend is kind of dark, 'punk', and she ALWAYS has her music on.

What OTH character is most like someone you dated? and why?
Nathan. My boyfriend had a mixture of jackassNathan and niceNathan in his personality but god, he loved basketball to death. It was his life.

Do your real life experiences effect your POV on OTH happenings? and why or why not?
Some of the stuff that's happened in my life kind of mirror some of the things that happen on OTH but they don't really effect my POV on things. I don't know. I just see OTH as a tv show and try not to let my bias take over me.

Do you think Tree Hill High is like your current or former High School? What are the differences? What are the similarities?
It definately isn't that sexy and scandalous! We do have our cliques and stereotypes. And drama, love triangles, parties, sex and you know, typical high school stuff. But, we surely don't have 16 year olds going into bars picking up skanky whores that look like they're 30.

What OTH character are you most like? and why?
Peyton, aside from kissing my best friend's boyfriend that is. I liked him before they dated, while they dated, and after they dated and got back together again, but I never crossed that line even though I could have many times.

Our backgrounds are really similar as far as family life and everything. I wasn't a cheerleader, but I hung out with that crowd. And unfortunately, I have horrid mood swings where I just want to lock myself up in a room away from everyone.

What OTH character is most like your best friend and why?
None of them. She's really a mix between Haley and Brooke. She's smart, but she's also extremely flirty and needs to be the center of everyone's attention. She's really outspoken as well, but she doesn't drink like Brooke.

What OTH character is most like someone you dated? and why?
I never dated in high school, because I was head over heels for my best friend's boyfriend. But the guys I spent the most time with were like Tim and Nathan, or at least the Nathan at the beginning of the season.

Do your real life experiences effect your POV on OTH happenings? and why or why not?
Most definitely. I can't jump on the 'I hate Peyton' bandwagon because I see so much of herself in me and that would be like hating myself, which I don't. Plus, I think I understand why she acts the way she does because of what's happened in my life.

Do you think Tree Hill High is like your current or former High School? What are the differences? What are the similarities?
Kind of. Football was our major sport, not basketball. But when you live in a small Texas town all you know is Friday night football from the time you're born to the day you die. But the sport did dominate a lot of what happened at school and in the town. Socially, I think its pretty much the same as well. We had parties, not a beach house, but at my best friend's house because no one was ever home. But no one would have ever been able to keep a secret like they do in Tree Hill. Everyone would have known Jake was going to be a father before Nikki even had the baby. There's no way anyone would have been able to cover that up.

I would have to say I'm a mix between Haley and Brooke. I've got my fun, wild side like Brooke, but the innocent, smart girl vibe. It depends on the day.

What OTH character is most like your best friend and why?
I have two best friends and one of them reminds me of Haley with a slightly more outgoing personality. She's always there for me when I need her and isn't afraid to tell me when I'm acting stupid. The other one has her issues a la Peyton...But she's always there for me. People think she try's to hard, but I LOVE her. [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]

What OTH character is most like someone you dated? and why?
My type is Nathan. Sexy, a jock, and has his share of issues. I like the jerky guys who have this inner person that is wonderful. Sometimes you have to dig deeper, but its in them. I love a great personality, a guy who makes me laugh even if his jokes are corny and I usually fall for the jocks...I can't help myself.

Do your real life experiences effect your POV on OTH happenings? and why or why not?
Yup, I can't help myself. I bring real life situations to the shows I watch. I guess it's my form of baggage.

Do you think Tree Hill High is like your current or former High School? What are the differences? What are the similarities?
This year our basketball team was huge. It was a HUGE deal. Alot of the situations are similar, but not quite to the extremes and some of the characters exsist in one form or another at my high school, but my school is different...We are usually a big football school, but this year our basketball team had an awesome season!
