I was at first. I wasn't a die hard LP fan until the school shooting episode. So I did enjoy Peyton and Jake and BL.

I was an die hard LP fan from day one lol and I didn't really enjoy BL 2.0 and JP, partly since I felt they were an bit forced in S2.

Before I was a die hard LPer deep down I always wanted them to be together. I remember was it Anna Lucas "broke up" with because he said there was someone else that he wanted to be with and it ended up being Brooke, I really thought it was Peyton.

It made more sense to Peyton lol, neither speech fitted BL's relationship at that time and it didn't make sense to some people since the writers didn't really why his feelings towards for Brooke had changed. But yet again I am an biased LP fan, so I would definitely feel like both speeches would make more sense to be about Peyton.
