The Smoker You Drink, The Player You Get Original Air Date:March 1, 2011 Episode: 8.17 Official Episode Description NATHAN AND HALEY PREPARE FOR THE NEW ARRIVAL - As Haley's (Bethany Joy Galeotti) due date approaches, she takes steps to ensure that all her friends and family will be ready when the time comes. Brooke (Sophia Bush) and Julian (Austin Nichols) also prepare to begin a family, while Chuck (guest star Michael May) turns to Chase (Stephen Colletti) for help with a problem. So bad.
- I'm blessed with an episode without Jamie, only to be stuck with Chuck? And Chase? They are SO pointless. - Nathan/Clay's entire storyline is ridiculously boring, and the guy they're after looks like an uglier version of Nathan. - I still cannot believe there hasn't been a mention of Sam in this whole adoption thing, even when they were in her room, just smh. - They need to stop trying to make Quinn cute and funny. It's failing and embarrassing. - Does OTH have a sponsorship deal with Toaster Strudel? Just painful. I was half expecting the guys to talk about how awesome their Cingular service was! __________________

Quinn shut the eff up!! You annoy me and GTHO!! Brooke/Julian = blah, blah, blah, sex, sex, sex, child, child, child. Whatever I am so over them  GTHO. I miss old Brooke  What have they done to you, bb  Nathan/Clay, I have always liked Nathan and Clay and that is because I LOVE Nathan, but Nathan and Clay have gotten way to many scenes lately and Clay is stealing Nathan away from his wife... maybe these two should shack. I mean the writers obviously LOVE them together Haley, you are adorable but your scenes bore the absolute crap out of me The lack of NH scenes is just making me bitter and I can't believe that this crapwhole of a season is the one that it will probaly end on  This whole series should have ended at season 6.__________________

WTF was that??? People want a S9? Seriously? This show has to DIE like NOW. Thank the lord for S4's ending when Haley had her speech and went into labour and the epic NH, because if this had been the only scene of Haley saying "it's time" I would have cried. Once again OTH has proved that you need to be careful what you wish for. This time last year I was sad Clay wasn't having scenes with Nathan, now I want him to go away, far, far, far, far away. Even those who are not NH fans have to admit this is ridic. Even the one NH scene was so lame, even when Haley said the baby was coming...didn't Nathan look so excited! Wow, he looked so happy..except not. He looked like Haley had said, time to drop me off at the hair salon so I can get my hair done. Julian's reaction was more interesting, heck so was Clay's. What have they done to Nathan? In S4 we had the song "times like these" when Haley went into labour, this season it's a food song...wth? That song and the blatant marketing was worse than S3's sunkist and totally ruined the moment. A moment that us NH fans have been waiting for was turned into a commercial for pastry!!!!!!  Naley's second child was a prop for freaking pastry!!!! The scene couldn't even be a cute HQ scene because of the DAMN PASTRY!!!! Everything else? DO.NOT.CARE. __________________

Didn't you know everything on OTH is connected? I knew he was going to be the guy when Chase said she deals with her drama two ways;boys or alcohol
The episode was not that bad. I liked Haley crying wolf on her water breaking. Brooke tripping was hilarious. It was a light and fluffy episode, much like the rest of the season. ETA About The OC-I was never on that boat, I was so happy when Marissa died, hated that character. __________________

Yeah you are going to be parents Brooke & Julian, we get it.. for 2 seasons now.
 Enough! Get your baby, and fly fly away. I've had enough.Joy, I hope you will be as free as we will be when it's over. Because it's just a mess. a big mess. But you manage to do all the worst scenes an amazing thing just because of your talent, no thanks to writers. I mean Haley is getting her baby finally, and Nathan is not there?! ++ Quote:
