Was it really necessary for Katie to look into the camera at the end.

So Dan is the murder expert and Jamie is Tutor son. Oh, and Nathan doesn't know how to spell tutor.

Sadly though, Quinn/Shantel finally had chemistry with someone... DAN *shudders* But back to this "murder expert" thing, I have to say, I couldn't keep a straight face watching any of that. My hat goes off to people that took that seriously and felt - something.

TwilightPrincess 12-01-2010 11:14 PM

Clay has a whopping 22 seconds in the entire episode. lol Judging from the promo, he isn't in 811 ether.

smoothaise 12-01-2010 11:18 PM

Clay was in this episode? Really? I remember the phone call, does that count?

holding my heart 12-02-2010 12:02 AM

:lmao: Only the phone call sadly. Hope it'll be back soon!

diamond gothic 12-02-2010 03:10 AM

LOL Brit.

Incredibly boring and lack of NH sure didn't help matters, only good thing was how great Joy/Haley looks.

Brooke, just be quiet already.
Julian, go save Alex again, please. Chase is killing her.
Chase, get lost.
Alex, you poor wasted fool.
Mia, you're still here. Why exactly?
Erin, go back to Ireland and sing there.
Quinn, go put on some clothes and check up on your sister and while your at it stop trying to kill people, you bring shame to the James name.
Taylor, come back I miss you.
Katie:Please kill Chase and Mia.
Clay, what no phone call to your twu luv Nathan? For shame.
Jamie, go play with Chuck...off screen.
Nathan, go play with Haley...in bed.
Haley, go tutor Nathan and please don't answer your phone if the caller ID says Mia...and don't answer your doors, chances are it's another person wanting you to prop them and their ~drama.
Baby NH, can you please start to kick or you know make your presence known I'm starting to think you don't exist.
Dan Scott, they bring you back to interact with...QUINN!??? REALLY???
One Tree Hill, PLEASE END.

Brooke and Julian made the episode for me. Those two are WAY to adorable together and Julian really is the sweetest and most charming man on the show. Sophia and Austin's on screen chemistry is better then ever!

Shame Sylvia wasn't in the episode. I missed her. Then again, we probably wouldn't have gotten as many awesome BJu scenes with her around. Kind of ticked off that they had Sylvia and Victoria bond. Vicky needs to eff off and just never bother Brooke again, and I don't see that happening now. :(

I've had enough of Erin. Yes, she's got a really nice voice, probably better then Mia, Haley, Grubbs and anyone else they have had sing on the show, but I feel like they are shoving her down my throat. I'm guessing she'll stick around until we've heard her whole album....and I wouldn't be surprised if they had her sing at Brooke and Julian's wedding. Just for some extra promotion.

No Mouth, Millie and Skills. Awesome. And no/very little Clay? Even better.

I wish they would end the Mia/Alex/Chase drama. Either have them dump Chase for good, it's not like he's a catch or anything, or have Mia and Alex get together. Those two have way more chemistry then Chase/Alex or Chase/Mia.

Nathan continues to be, probably the most boring character on the show in my opinion, but I do like him better when he's not in a scene with either Haley or Jamie, so the scenes he had at school were better then most other scenes. Haley bored me as well, I can't even remember what she did in the episode, part from her conversation with Brooke and something with the Kid Cudi dude. And the writers really need a lesson in how a normal 7 year old acts, because they do not behave like Jamie does.

And last but not least...Quinn and Dan. Ugh. I hate Dan so I wasn't happy to see him back. I've never liked him and I never will, but they couldn't have found a better way to use him? I was kind of hoping he'd use his gun to shoot Quinn just to shut her up. It's such a shame that the Quinn/Katie drama will end bad for Katie, because I like her way more then Quinn.

So yeah, not the best episode over all, but probably one of the best episodes as a Brooke and Julian shipper.

diggity 12-02-2010 04:51 AM

yay, dan!

:in_love: Dan is back! And while I love the actor and the character, it's so disheartening to see Paul return to share scenes only with the blandest character ever: :blah: Quinn. She's not convincing when she's happy, sad, scared, in love...she's definitely not convincing as someone kick-ass or brash enough to avenge.

Brooke and Julian...snooze. Can we get some real drama up in here? And please, no more of this ongoing suckfest that is Chase, Mia, and Alex.

Nathan taking a challenging course at college was perhaps my favorite part (aside from the return of Dan Scott) of the entire episode, and little happened in there, too.

Enough of Julian, Jamie, Quinn, Erin, Chase, Mia...something awesome, please happen. And no more wedding talk.

ale-la-pazza1 12-02-2010 06:19 AM

I really loved the episode.

Brooke&Julian are the best part of OTH these days, seriously

Quinn/Dan heart to heart? Good talk, he scared the living **** out of her and made her realize what murder will bring to her.
Too bad she got rid of the gun now that she'll need it.

Erin has a great voice, I don't mind her getting some space ;)

Mia/Alex peace treaty won't last very long, Alex already made a move on Chase.

I like Nathan's storyline. It's solid, it's something.

Jamie tutoring Nathan :rotfl:
Tutor Girl & Tutor Son :lmao:

Next episode looks scary.

MrsHenryandHollyGibson 12-02-2010 09:38 AM

loved tihs episode. I keep watching because of Brooke and Julian. :-)

BearDogg-X 12-02-2010 11:27 AM

Brooke's redneck wedding day-mare was hilarious. The only thing missing was a cameo by Larry the Cable Guy or Jeff Foxworthy.

shoots up a flare 12-02-2010 06:35 PM

^^Lol. I like that terminology. "Daymare," I dig it.

And yeah, the hillbilly wedding was pretty much the most interesting thing about the episode for me. Lol.

The rest... Not good, not good at all, on almost any level. There may have been some positives, but they were very few, and very far between. Feels like the wheels are just spinning and... the episodes as a whole have very little movement, or they're boring, or it's nonsensical, or it's repetitive, or it's... Just... Oy.

barbeegurl00 12-02-2010 11:40 PM

Yeah, pretty dull episide other than the hillbilly wedding. That part was amazing, and I think all the actors did a great job. Austin was fantastic as a redneck husband.

I absolutely despise the Mia/Alex/Chase thing. It's completely degrading, and after the crap that Chase put Alex recently, I am disgusted that she would keep going after him. Dump him and Mia off the show and have Alex start acting like the fantastic character she can be.

The Brooke/Julian thing was okay, but a little dull. I liked the idea, but it didn't play out very well. I want bubbly Brooke, not pouty Brooke. She would be totally up for adventures, not complaining the whole time. And if the problem is money, how the hell can they afford all of that--the skydiving, the costumes? It's ridiculous.

Nathan = cliche and boring.

Quinn = ZzzzzzzZZzzzzz
