“The Tide That Left and Never Came Back” MUSICAL ARTIST JIMMY EAT WORLD PERFORMS AT TRIC – Things heat up between Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) and Brooke (Sophia Bush) after they head to New York for an overnight stay with Haley (Bethany Joy Lenz). Nathan (James Lafferty) and Deb (Barbara Alyn Woods) conspire to desert Dan (Paul Johansson) for good, leading to an explosive conclusion when he discovers their plan. Peyton (Hilarie Burton) is elated when she gets the band Jimmy Eat World to perform at TRIC in time for Jake's (Bryan Greenberg) release from jail. Meanwhile, Andy (guest star Kieran Hutchinson) invites Karen (Moira Kelly) to spend the summer in New Zealand.


"The Leavers Dance" LUCAS DISCOVERS PROOF OF DAN'S CRIMINAL ACTIVITY - Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) obtains the evidence he needs to defeat Dan (Paul Johansson) at last, while also struggling to tell Brooke (Sophia Bush) he wants to be with her. Peyton (Hilarie Burton) is threatened by a webcam voyeur at the same time a journalist (guest star Sheryl Lee) takes an interest in her life. Nathan (James Lafferty) and Deb (Barbara Alyn Woods) conspire to desert Dan for good, leading to an explosive conclusion when he discovers their plan. Craig Sheffer, Barry Corbin and Moira Kelly also star. Greg Prange directed the episode written by Mark Schwahn.

Tonight on the show, when Dan was telling Lucas he failed his test, I thought I heard him say, 'and your heart medicine, thats gone'(or somthing like that).

Did I hear that right?

If I did, would someone explaine to me why Lucas would need heart medicine.

OMG THIS WAS HORRIBLE... IM GONNA CRY... all the decent couples they broke up... they left us wondering WAY TO MUCH.... I CANT EVEN TYPE IM SOO TORE UP

I cried already out of saddness and happiness. I jumped on my bed when Nathan opened the door.

It was so Andy who did it to Dan!

He has a heart condition. I missed some eps so I don't know if he ended up telling his mom, but Dan was supplying the meds for him.


Also, that! was! AWESOME! I'm gonna be buzzing all summer juuust enough :D

I'm basically speechless over here! I *KNEW* it was gonna be a biatch of a cliffhanger, cause thats how Mark likes to do it... but I NEVER expected anything like this...

OH. MY. GAWD!!!!!!!!!!!

And Clash-- you heard right. Lucas has the heart defect that Dan has, so Dan was paying for his medication. But since Lucas did all of this, Dan isn't paying for it anymore, leaving Luke in quite a bind.

I'll be back later with a better review.. I'm totally struck dumb right now.

Great season finale!!! But could we have more cliffhangers???????????????????? I think we will speculate all summer long....

Brooke not saying anything back to Lucas?
Peyton and Lucas alone this summer?
Haley being back?
Karen going to NZ but not having heard from Andy?
Who killed Dan? Keith, Andy, Deb, Nathan, etc.
is he dead?
Who put the shop on fire?
Lucas not having is medication anymore?
Nathan not wanting to be Lucas's brother anymore?

I could go on and on... a lot of things to speculate on. I will admit that the season started bad to be honest and it wasn't my fave. I almost stopped watching but these couple of last episodes have been great and the ending AMAZING!
