Oh Ice Queen I agree with you... Seth Cohen is a coward! This is where my biggest problem is right now. Yes at first I was angry at Summer but now it's like Seth do something. If Summer keeps putting herself inbetween and Seth does not say a thing to Summer, I want Anna to dump his sorry ass... Anna deserves way much IMO since she is a great girl. I think we also have to keep in mind that Anna is Seth's first girlfriend so maybe he has no idea to act. Plus when you think about it, it is very funny to see how Seth is scared of Summer's reaction but not in the "I am scared she will be hurt" but more the "I am scared what she will do to me". Yet we have to believe that he wants to date someone who he is scared of? Seth is so not ready to be with Summer right now... it is so clear to me and if he doesn't show Anna that she is the one right now, he is so not ready to be with Anna. I guss it would have been fun to see all of them friends for a while but since Samaire is leaving they had to work fast. God, I really dislike triangle... I just want to see one couple happy! Any couple...

I agree completely. Even though I do love Summer. She is just pushing it. Although if you look at what she is doing from this point of view, I think she is trying to make Seth be a man, and stand up and tell her 'yo get out im trying to have alone time with anna, my girlfriend' b/c Summer and Anna both know Seth isn't that mature to stand up for him self, and Summer is trying to get him to that point. Although it is wrong for her to push her self between Seth & Anna.

We still have hope for Anna though, even though Samaire will be leaving soon, she still has to finish her contract with The OC, so she *hopefully* will be back in s2, and if the show is will be on flops, she may even come back as a regular. So far I dont know for sure.

Double Standards do suck. But I'm with both of you. My problem with the situation right now is just how Seth's acting. What Sandy said was right, he's a man now, and he needs to start acting like one. I didn't have a problem with him not telling Summer right away, unlike most people, I can understand why he might find that hard, or not want to. But his casualness about the whole situation kinda makes me go 'WtF?' Everyone's got problems with Anna and Seth, but no one seems to be coming down on Summer either. By what the end of the ep showed, as well as next week, she looks to be acting like a child about it too. The three of them just need to sit down and sort it out, like adults. I'm almost sick of the triangle too.

Yes, Seth's behavior shows that he isn't ready for a relationship with either girl. He wasn't even man enough to tell Summer straight out without Anna having to nudge him that they are together. Yes, he needs to grow up some, and then get into a relationship.

I like the way you think ... wow way to go Ice Queen. You made me see Summer's action into another light and now I can view them as not bad at all. It is so wrong but if it can help Seth to stand up and be a man well way to go Summer! I still have to say that I find her actions immature and annoying but I'll try to see them the same way you do [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]

Aww. No matter how many times I see that kissy picture, it makes me smile. [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img] Loved the flirting in biology class(study hall? It looked like bio). They are so a couple. And the thing he did with her jacket during the concert, and his voice... [img]smilies/sigh.gif[/img] I kind of liked that they weren't all over eachother kissing and whatnot, it was just playful flirting. They're just starting out and they don't need to get all goopy. Seth is being a coward, and if he doesn't shape up, Anna's going to definitely deserve better. *ducks*

First of all there is not enough word-age in the world for this statement Ice Queen! I keep trying to give Seth the benefit of the doubt for his immature behavior b/c he's only 17 & he's never been in this situation before but then, you know, there's like only so much leeway you can grant someone. In the first place Seth should've taken the bulll by the horns & made a real, firm choice that was where he made his first mistake, trying to Kelly Taylor his way out of the situation. Then his inability to live up to his decision by telling Summer only confounded the situation imo. Yes, the triangle is old & stale & needs to end. IMO both girls shouldn't be willing to put up w/Seth's crap, why they do it is beyond me.

true they do put up with a lot but seth is unexperienced. you gotta cut him some slack. however, if he continues, there should be a scene where anna confronts him. they're a couple now and he needs to act like he's in a relationship.

Yes, I do think her actions are immature. Although *if* her motive is to get Seth to stand up, then its good. I just really don't want her to try to put the moves on him while he is with Anna. For many reasons that is just wrong. btw - I added you to the list.

I totally agree. Their playful touching and giggling was cute. Although it would have been nice to see atleast one kiss, but it was nice for once to watch a couple who didn't have their tounges lodged in each others.

Seth is a coward at this point. He needs to grow some balls and stand up for himself and Anna. I'm not saying he needs to like turn into Ryan over night, just for him to ya know just the courage to tell Summer 'i want alone time with my girlfriend'.

Yea, Seth is only 17. And not most 17 year olds are that mature either. Yes, I agree he should have takin charge with the whole thing. The triangle got old I think before the Xmas episode. Its like I saw it all before (*cough*dc*cough*). I really don't know why they put up with his crap. [i]shrugs[/b]

True. You have a point. He is unexperienced. After all this is his first girlfriend. Anna should totally confront him on the whole matter. Tell him either to start standing up for himself and her, since they are a couple, he's not just standing up for himself, he's got a girlfriend now. Thats a package deal.

Yea it is a bit annoying to see Summer crashing some S/A time, although like I said in my other post, I think Summer is trying to push Seth to the limit to make him finally like yell 'leave us alone i want alone time with my girlfriend'. Thats a way to look at it. But as I said above as long as Summer doesn't try to put any moves on Seth, then my like for her will stand, but if she starts trying to put the moves on Seth, then thats just wrong.


Once I get my paint shop pro back I'll make some things we can put into the 1st post.

I see your point there. Although we don't know for a fact of Summers motives with the whole thing. But from the episode discriptions for next week. It says her and Luke bond over being single. So from her coming in during S/A time, doesn't mean she is trying to kick Anna to the side and just snag Seth. She knows Seth made his choice. And I think she just doesn't take rejection easily. So maybe she is doing it to the fact she needs like to prove to herself that Seth really choose Anna, and not just picked her because she came over on New Years.

No, Summer isn't a dumbass, and neither is Anna. They both are great ladies. TV triangles are cool at the start, but then they get dragged out, shipper wars start, and one character ends up being disliked. haha. I'm happy either way with S/A or S/S. I'm just enjoying it all now [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]
