I can't believe there is not a Ryan/Sandy thread on this OC Forum. For me, their mentor to son relationship made the show. It's what made me like the show so much since I'm not really into teen dramas most of the time (this is the first one I ever liked).

Character talk can overlap in other threads, such as the Cohen thread for Ryan and Sandy. You could go ahead and start one though and see if people want to post in it.

Okay. Well I know a few posters that also adore their relationship so I don't mind starting the thread and trying it out. From the very first episode, I think these two had an interaction that drew a lot of people into the show. I think the scene where Sandy teaches Ryan how to tie a tie is still one of my favorites (as is the scene where Sandy walks in on Ryan teaching Trey how to tie a tie, the scene where Ryan cries on Sandy's shoulder, the scenes where Sandy comforts Ryan about Marissa's death, and many many more).

Would you post in it if I started it?

If I start it, it'll be tomorrow probably since I won't have time the rest of the day.

TC-- I love the tie scene as well! That scene hooked me in the show. I was glad to hear that was the scene Peter had tried out with and that was the scene that made him want to play Sandy.
