I teach preschoolers who have special needs. So they are babies!

oh wow. you must have a lot of patience to deal with them.

i do the aftercare program at the elementary school. i dont deal with preschool but we do have some kids with special needs and they are a handful.

Kids in general take a lot of patience, but those with special needs will understandably need more patience and support.

My Kind Of Crazy 08-15-2016 04:49 PM

yeah they are all still great kids though

BlondieLeigh 08-16-2016 12:39 PM

My Kind Of Crazy 08-16-2016 05:48 PM

my school starts back up next week.

BlondieLeigh 08-17-2016 12:15 PM

Is that good or bad?

My Kind Of Crazy 08-17-2016 05:11 PM

hahah
well good cuz i need a paycheck but bad cuz i hate my job. my boss quit 2 weeks ago (last day of our summer program) so i have no idea who im going to be working for now. usually we all get together before school starts and go over stuff about the kids for our new year but now that we will be getting someone new who knows what will happen.

I'm glad you all are so understanding and accepting of special needs!

My Kind Of Crazy 08-18-2016 08:17 AM

of course. everyone learns differently. doesnt mean you should treat them any different

BlondieLeigh 08-18-2016 11:57 AM

Definitely not. Everyone deserves the same opportunities. When it comes to kids, it's the responsibility of the adults around them to make sure they get those opportunities.

My Kind Of Crazy 08-18-2016 06:08 PM

Totally agree!

I believe in advocating for all kids. Especially those who have special needs when they are not able to advocate for themselves.

BlondieLeigh 08-20-2016 12:00 PM

It's really important
