I figured now that we know what the show is like we could discuss what we hope happens in season 2 while it's on hiatus, as well as use this thread as general discussion when season 2 is released.

A few possible topics to start a discussion:

• What you want from the Matt/DJ/Steve triangle this season?
• Jackson/Lola (or Jackson/Ramona)? Kimmy/Fernando? Stephanie/anyone? Jesse, Joey, Danny/their wives?

I would think I want to see Jackson/Lola a bit more and like to see Jackson/Ramona become better friends.

I don't really want the Matt/Steve/DJ love triangle that much. More like to see where DJ's heard really lies first since the triangle was kind of explored already.

As for Kimmy/Fernando I'm not sure I want to see first more about Fernando to see if he is worth the second change with Kimmy.


I would like to see more group bonding moments between DJ/Kimmy and Stephanie though and an excited about Stephanie getting a boyfriend.

I don't really want too much with the love triangle either, but I'd like to see it resolved officially this season and not dragged out throughout the series.

More info on Danny/the girls relationship with his wife and the life Joey has going on in Vegas. Also liked the format where they each came in for their own episode and hope that continues.

A Stephanie/Gia reunion so we can find out where there friendship stands today.

As for the teenagers maybe the occasional serious episode where they deal with something teens deal with like trying smoking/drinking, bullying, body image etc.

i want to see danny and his wife, and joey and his wife?

i want to see dj figure out what she wants (who she wants) the whole triangle thing is over with.

What you want from the Matt/DJ/Steve triangle this season?

I kind of want to see DJ on her own for a bit. I think sometimes, shows rush in too early and want to pair up the girl with someone. I know it's the second season, but the love triangle thin, DJ seemed too stressed about it.

Any topics/storylines you want the show to tackle?

I hope the show revisits Steph's fertility issues, and maybe it can coincide with Becky wanting to have another kid.

yeah i would like to see dj on her own for a bit, she needs to figure out what she wants first. being a single mom is tough. she just started dating she shouldnt rush into another serious relationship. i hate love triangles.

Becky would totally love another kid. That would be a fun episode for sure to see.

Maybe seeing Gaia/Stephanie playing together instruments again.

I want to see each of the boys hanging out with their own friends more. I know we'll be seeing Lola, but I wouldn't mind seeing more of Bobby and the kids from the fire truck episode too.

Stephanie getting a steady boyfriend would be nice. I want her to be happy too.

More DJ/Stephanie/Kimmy scenes would be great and scenes where Kimmy and Stephanie working together for Gibbler Style would cool too.

I also want to know if the boys ever talk to Michelle and if DJ and Stephanie ever really talk to their stepmother.

That is pretty true. I want to see their relationship with their stepmom too and yes more school scenes would be good to see more of the kids school lives.
