That's one of the few things you can see of him on that pic. Now, when will he get a tattoo on his neck?! I think those look really nice.

Why?! Just picture George Clooney in "From Dusk Till Dawn". He had this nice tribal tattoo on his arm and up to his neck. So, why shouldn't Chester get one too?!

i've never seen Hannibal either because its really creepy. my sister watched it and that's only because he likes scary & gory stuff.
