So when is the next taping?

Thinking over the five episodes so far, what's standing out to me as the funniest scene was Raj and Sheldon fighting over the freakin huge desk that Raj bought, which of course has nothing to do with any of the couples.

Amy has grown a bit on me since the finale, and I've said before that I really like Bernadette (and Howard when he's with her), but I don't want them on the show if they're only going to focus on the relationships. If they're able to integrate and be involved in other situations, though, I think it could be really great.

Like the cold opening with Amy, Sheldon, and Leonard that they taped last week - it was really funny, and the focus and humor was more on the game they were playing, rather than "hey look - Sheldon and his girl-who's-a-friend!!"

And I wonder how long they'll be keeping Amy around? From what they'd said in interviews, I was expecting just a few episodes, but it doesn't look like they'll be getting rid of her anytime soon.

The next taping is in two weeks, on October 5.

I think i just like howard single because he and raj and even leonard. Can do more things together i guess i just don't want another season of raj being jealous and whiney. i tried to like bernadette i do not like that character. so i'm really don't want her back. this is not a big season 4 selling point for me. sat i guess i should wait till my actully watch the epis play out.

Yeah cheerio sheldon is allergic to cats however the show has always use their history in a selective manner. just like sheldon stage fright. sometimes they do a lot of revisionist history. but i think a lot of sitcoms do that

Well as of episode 5, Raj's actually got a girlfriend too... Who knows if that'll even be mentioned again, though.

I also thought of Sheldon's cat allergy during the taping, and was a little annoyed it wasn't addressed at all. But yeah, unfortunately sitcoms aren't the most reliable when it comes to keeping history straight.

Seldon: "Cats however refuse to wear sporting apparel. My sister found that out the hard way".
From this I assume that there were cats around the house.
A comedy show doesn't have to be consistent. Well, it should but it doesn't have to be.

Back in season 1 When Leonard wanted to get a cat/ Leonard had said he found a hypoallergenic cat farm, taking Sheldons's alllergies into consideration

Or Sheldon maybe said he was allergic to get out of having a cat? I wouldn't put it passed him. And he is Sheldon, if he can evolve past not needed to drive, he can evolve passed being allergic to cats.

The cast minus Kaley should be back at work tomorrow for episode #6. I hope when Bill Prady tweets Kaley may miss only 2 episodes I hope they are including episode #5 as one of her missed episodes.

Only 1 more episode without Penny in it. THANK GOD!!!
I so much enjoy her interactions with the guys especially Leonard.

Just got back from tonight's taping! Not sure if I'll have the full report up tonight or sometime tomorrow afternoon; I've got another early shift at work in the morning.

I'm going to bed now, so it'll be up sometime tomorrow.

But right now I will say that before the taping started, they showed us The Zazzy Substitution. The cold opening that they did at the end of the last taping (with Sheldon, Amy, and Leonard playing the game) has been added on to the beginning of this episode. Otherwise it’s basically the same, but they did cut out Penny’s singing in the laundry room.
