honestly that is probably what is making this more frustrating. yeah he screwed up and she doesn't owe him anything. but watching him pine away for her while she sleeps with ty isn't really something i want to watch.

let him accept what he's lost and begin to move on or make some progress with bay/emmett.

For some reason, it does feel as though the writers want to rub Emmett's nose in the mess that he made. It's almost as if one of the writers feels wrath for someone who cheated on her, and now, she is going to make Emmett pay for all of her pain.

How many other characters on television suffer for 18 months (and 30 episodes) straight with no reprieve and no moments of joy?

Usually there is more of a push and pull. Characters may suffer pain for years, but it is interspersed with moments of pleasure.

Emmett hasn't really had any pleasure or happiness since those moments he and Bay were dancing at prom. That was March 2012. It's now July 2013.

We have to see how it plays out and what he knows and how it all comes about. It's not like Bay is leading him on. Bay has also been clear on her feelings just friends. bay is not telling him to wait for her, thats his choice well the writers choice.

As you say, we don't know. But Emmett looked surprised when he saw Ty, to me. We'll find out I guess.

That's why this board is for spoilers and speculation. So we can speculate.

I never said Emmett has a right to know Ty and Bay are sleeping together. Please do not put words in my mouth.

I only suggested that if Emmett knew Bay was NOT at his workplace out of an interest in him again, then he might have protected his feelings more.

That's what Emmett's comment that it "Hurts too much to be with you, but not be with you" meant to me. But again, it's just speculation. The writers may choose to have Emmett grow beyond that comment in the next couple of episodes and desire a friendship with Bay. We don't know yet.

Just because he doesn't look all that shocked doesn't mean it still won't hurt. That the point I was trying to make they are still trying to get Emmett reaction through this and it sucks.

Hello, everybody

I'm new to the SaB spoiler thread. I love Emmett/Bay and Ty/Bay. So I guess Im really just a happy camper.

Although I do want Bemmett as endgame, I'm enjoying Bay/Ty right now. I love that Ty was her first time. Im with whoever said that the guy that cheated on her should not be her first time. I'm with whoever said Bay/Ty aren't in love, though. They like/care about eachother alot and there feelings fo eachother are growing each episode, tough, so yay! I'm really excited that Bay/Ty may carry on to season 3. I want a long and happy relationship for them.

However, I want Bemmett back together before the last 3 episodes of season 3.

Yay! That Ty may get to meet Bay's little sister! Is it true that Ty goes on the roadtrip with Bay and Angelo? That seems kind of strange...

Are we sure that Bay and Ty have the hot pool scene? The sneak peeks show Daphne/Jace in a pool together. She's teaching how to swim. Lucky me if I get both Daphne/Jace and Ty/Bay hot pool scenes. And I seriously cannot wait for that Jace/Daphne car scene! Hot! Best guy she's had yet.

It does seem kind of weird that Emmett wasn't there after the heart attack. I figured he would be at the hospital. Like everyone says he's Daphne's best friend, one of Toby's close/best friends, Regina's best friends with his mom. He's a pretty integral part of the group.

I definitely want Bay/Emmett to be friends. Iknow he said that it was too hard for him to be friends with her but then he said he's see her around so I took it to mean e needed space. Now, it's been 14 episodes so I don't see the problem. Well, I see the problem from Ty's point of view. Why he might be jealous. I would be jealous if my boyfriend was hanging out with his ex. We never got to see how he reacted when she told him about Emmett because he was overseas. Actually, that's what i think the portion of the promo where Ty looks like he's on base is about. I think it's a flashback of how Ty reacted.

So what conclusions can we draw from her actions?

Looking at the list, I feel as though Bay does have feelings for Emmett, but the reality of his cheating has caused her to choose to shut the door on them.

What does everyone else think, after analyzing her actions?

Is anyone else, besides me, bothered by the fact that Bay decides to reach out to Emmett in the next couple of episodes? I am wondering how the writers are going to pull that off. What could possibly be Bay's motivation in seeking out Emmett at this point in their lives. Considering she has now committed herself to a romantic relationship with Ty, and Emmett has specifically told her that it hurts him too much to be her friend, it seems wrong to me. Does it to anyone else?

If I was Bay, I would go to Daphne for help on the Deafenstein screening. The fact that she asks Emmett for his assistance seems off to me.

What does everyone think it means? What does it say about Bay and her feelings?

Point of the matter is, In 2A, I was trying to figure out why Bay threw herself at Noah, It finally dawned on me, Emmett dropped the "LOVE BOMB" and she's running away from him.. That's all she's been doing.. Running and not willing to deal with her feelings for Emmett.. That's what all these boyfriends have been about, her choosing to not deal with how she feels about Emmett. That's the reason why I was so embarrassed for her with Noah.. Noah clearly wasn't into her. Seeing Emmett having a girlfriend could wake her up ,she's going to have to deal with these feelings sooner or later and I'd rather have it be NOW.

All good things must come to an end, and the second season will, as the title suggests, be the end of the summer storylines. Will Toby and Nikki tie the knot? Are Daphne's and Bay's summer romances made to last?

Any predictions on Toby/Nikki? Daphne/Jace? Bay/Ty?

I bet the social worker has to do with Angelo's baby. They probably need to check his home to make sure that he has an appropriate place for the baby to live.

Do you think Regina would have to go to a free clinic to take an alcohol test for the baby trial (since she lives with Angelo)? That doesn't really make sense to me. Wouldn't she go to a hospital, if it is for the baby trial? They wouldn't send Regina to a free clinic, right?

A free clinic is more of a place that a teenager would go, or someone without much income. So which one of the teens would go take a "pee test" (as a previous spoiler leaked) at a free clinic? Would Simone?

The fact that she is still with Ty at the end might suggest that she will have to stop hanging-out with Emmett.

That's what I think. in order to be with Ty she is not going to hang or be friends with Emmett.
