It seems too many cast members leaving, especially people like Winn, Jonn and Mon-El. I can see their characters leave temporarely but not forever.

I think the actor who plays J'onn might want to go. He always talks about how under utilized his character is.
As for Winn, I'm not sure what his storyline has been since Season 2. __________________

Winn and Jonn leaving would be bittersweet. Mon El’s best moments are when he’s walking away.
 I thought Alex would adopt Ruby but I prefer Sam leaving unscathed. __________________

Winn just got a centric episode but aside from that he has been underused this season. I knew about the J'onn actor being dissatisfied with the material as well.
I don't see the point in reintroducing Karamel if he's just going to leave at the end of the season  Just let Kara move on. But then I always got the impression that Mon-El was a AJK's creation. Maybe now that he's not influencing the show anymore Berlanti is getting rid of the character? I don't know, just speculation. Because this back and forth with Karamel makes 0 sense to me. __________________
