I wonder at what point the writers realised they were done and the show wasn’t being renewed. Obviously way after this episode.
All this stuff with Nick just feels so fleeting. In the end is any of it really going to matter? __________________

It is bittersweet. I had such good times watching them film through the years and the crazy speculation that Snow and Emma were once Cora and Hook or Liam would marry by the Uw well.
Well I think the story will wrap up for the end of the series episode in episode 7.18 cause before that it looked they were having another season and I think him going after Zelena will raise the stakes instead of a random witch |

Now that Henry knows the killer's identity and Zelena soon will, I'm guessing that story will wrap up either at the end of 17 or in 18. I believe they had just started filming ep 18 when cancellation was announced. |

I would guess it wraps in 17. 18 looks to be the Guardian with 19 wrapping up Gothel. Then 20 about Henry probably breaks the curse before they go on one last adventure.

I believe Emma Booth filmed through episode 20. I agree that the curse probably breaks in that episode.
