• Season 3 (thanks to the 100 subreddit):
  - Jason Rothenberg could wrapup #The100 at end of S4 or S8 depending on how long The 100 goes.
  - The show is diving back into hard sci-fi. They started in space and came to the ground, but Jason as always wants to keep each season having a different feel from the last and will be changing it up again.
  - The theme of season 3 is "what it means to be human" - not only in the AI sense but also in how certain characters try to cope with their actions and how they deal with them going forward.
  - We'll find out how a commander is chosen and delve into Grounder culture and beliefs.
  - We find out how and why the bombs fell in the first place.
  - We'll be seeing more of the Mutant characters again!! Although which characters we don't know. They will explore the psychology of what it means to grow up with a mutation and how those characters are treated by grounder culture.
  
  General News Snippets
  - You’ll see more Grounders spiritual history and “how they’ve adapted things from what the world use to be.”
  - Aaron had some pretty awesome news regarding merch - Yes, that's a prototype for an action figure!
  - Jason says that social media for the show is always a double edged sword, and often sarcasm doesn't translate well to the fans. But as far as fan demands are concerned he will never let that influence the outcome of the show.

Eeeeeeeeeeeeee..... he said no, though. He said there was someone else and declined to do anything and then she threatened his life. He just watched her gouge a man's eyes out with her thumbs. He was in shackles. To me, that is a rape.

This show is mega-dark. I mean it always has been, but wow (not complaining, btw)

-I actually liked Jasper this episode....I'm so....confused...I was, rooting for him! Yay Jasper!
-Lindsey was amazing this episode, wow. During her flashback sequence of her constant pain, I totally cried in real life. I thought maybe they would leave her alone after that?! Nope. And then the previews for next week?! Nope. I really hope after this they give her character a break.
-DAMMIT at them getting to Abby. I kept hoping that she faked taking the wafer? But you probably can't even do that, ALIE would know.
-Ontari is crazy...I hate eye-gougey things.
-Murphy as usual was decent comic relief. I missed where he said no, at what point did he say that? I felt like when he delivered that last line, that he said it in sort of a snide way and I interpreted it as him being kind of into it??? I don't know, it was weird....I feel like it was kinda unnecessary too.
-I had a feeling Bellamy was up to something and I was so glad he was. He's still in deep doo-doo though. I also cried when Octavia was beating him up.
-What's Ontari going to do with Pike? How are Clarke and co. in Polis next week, if Ontari is there?

Unless you look at it like Murphy is a masochist and she is seducing him like such. If both parties are into it, it's not rape and Murphy is clearly into it.

I don't know that it was "unnecessary," exactly. It kinda depends on where this is going. It certainly underlines how truly despicable Ontari is.

He didn't want to do it until she implied she would kill him if he didn't! He said he didn't want to! That is rape. A rueful smirk does not excuse it. Once a person says they don't want to have sex, any kind of "I will kill you if you don't," clearly means that it was coerced. Rape.

It's really weird...he had no choice, but I thought he seemed kind of into it? Again, I could have misread the way he delivered that line.

But I mean, at the end of the day he's only doing it because his life was threatened, so yeah...

I'm sooo impressed with Lindsey this episode. And I actually liked Jasper again. Woweee

I think this episode proved that he has Ontari's ear and that if she wanted to kill him she already would have. He is still the flame keeper and so far he has given her good advice.

Also Ontari knows he is interested. Murphy is a teenage boy. She is clearly the dominant one but she also showed vulnerability in the scene and in other scenes this episode. It was seduction not commands. She was alluring not threatening in her gestures.

I thought it was a great scene because her position of power and the verbal threats were contrasted by her soft gestures and appearance.

Also, I forgot who it was, but somebody on this forum totally called that ALIE would be taking on another character's face. Maybe it wasn't in the exact way we expected, but it sure happened! Well done, you. Whoever you were. I remember your genius.

This episode was so good. My favourite episodes are the ones where a bunch of shocking stuff happens over and over and over again.
