YOU NEVER WRITE, YOU NEVER CALL - Missing Rory (Alexis Bledel), Lorelai (Lauren Graham) tries to call her and is upset to find that Rory’s cell phone is no longer in service. Sookie (Melissa McCarthy) asks Lorelai and Rory to be the godparents to her two children in the hope that they will reconcile when they see each other at the ceremony. However, mother and daughter end up fighting when Lorelai realizes that Rory gave her new cell number to Sookie but not to her. Logan (Matt Czuchry) learns that his father expects him to graduate this year and enter the family business. Wanting to break free from family pressures, Logan whisks Rory off to a weekend in New York. Scott Patterson, Kelly Bishop, Keiko Agena, Yanic Truesdale and Sean Gunn also star. Episode 6.05 - We've Got Magic To Do

WHAT A SWELL PARTY THIS IS - Rory (Alexis Bledel) does a fabulous job organizing a big DAR bash for Emily (Kelly Bishop). However, at the party, Richard (Edward Herrmann) confronts Logan’s (Matt Czuchry) father, Mitchum Huntzberger (guest star Gregg Henry), about his opinion of Rory’s journalistic talents, while Emily has an even uglier confrontation with Logan’s mother, Shria (guest star Leann Hunley), over the romance between Rory and Logan. Meanwhile, after a small kitchen fire at the Dragonfly Inn, Lorelai (Lauren Graham) needs Richard’s help settling the insurance claim and uses the time spent with her father to needle him about the fact that he has been unable to get Rory to return to Yale. Though he’s annoyed with Lorelai, Richard has to admit that Rory is not where she should be. Melissa McCarthy, Scott Patterson, Yanic Truesdale, Liza Weil and Sean Gunn also star. Ausiello: No, it's my understanding that this particular someone will be a grown man — and no, his name won't be Christopher or Dragonfly Inn Guest No. 1. It'll be someone we've never met before.

Question: Any word on whether Scott Patterson's coming back for a seventh season of Gilmore Girls? — Luanne
Ausiello: No, and I just found out that we may not know until May when WB decides whether the show itself is coming back for a seventh season.

The more I think about it, the more I believe that the child Tillie is the same as Eastside Tillie. It's too uncommon of a name to simply be a coincidence, don't you think?

If it was Eastside Jennifer or Anne, then another character of the same name would not seem odd. But Tillie? How many Tillies do you run across in a lifetime? Not many.

But then, having a child as the town gossip is just weird. Ah, whatever.

Maybe young Tillie is Eastside Tillie's grandaughter or something. hee. It would be hilarious if it was the same person though. They could always change the name before we even see the ep(s). They did that with the woman handing out trophies in the premiere. From Linda to Maggie for some strange reason.

The whole town knows who Eastside Tillie is and doesn't Babette refer to her as that "broad" who keeps trumping her on gossip? Doesn't seem like Babette would call a 12 yr old a broad, but who knows. lol Tillie is a pretty unusual name for more than one person in a small town to have. Huh. Maybe she's "Eastside" Tillie for a reason. There's another Tillie.

Back on Topic - IMO Eastside Tillie might be the mother of the girl, same names like Lorelai and Rory. Maybe we will get the showdown with Babette and Miss Patty also, lol.
