Way to emotionally exhausting and mentally draining but I guess it's romanticized to the point that you forget that it's toxic.
Even though I unfortunately do believe they will be endgame I don't see them ever truly being happy because ultimately they always bring out the worse in each other. I'm not saying chuck will try to sell her for a hotel again or anything but that's just what I see with CB when I think of their future, sometimes love isn't enough. But at least they'll be miserable together I guess....I think blair needs someone who is her match not only sexually but intellectually as well. She loves literature, movies, art and I don't really get to see that side of her that much with chuck or those discussions. I guess it's not as important... But the writers don't see it the way I do so whatever.. I just want db to have a real chance without being a prop.

I agree completely. Even if they were to be endgame, I don't see any future happiness for them. They are just too toxic together. Chuck will forever be a sadist (intentionally or not), and Blair will always be a masochist and an enabler to Chuck. Instead of trying to help each other grow to be a better person, they will forever just bring out the worst in each other. I think it's normal for couples to make mistakes, as long as you learn and move forward. But CB is the exact opposite. They never learn, and each step is a bigger mistake than the previous. So how can this kind of couple be happy? I guess what people say is true, misery loves company.
But seriously, if Blair is not strong enough to let go of this toxic and shallow lust for C, then I would just prefer that she just get back together with Chuck and not hurt anymore true good men. I don't want her to hurt Dan like she did with Louis, who actually treated her like a human being, and who mistakenly had enough faith on her to waited for her the whole entire night.
