synopsis:
From Ryan Murphy, the creator of "Nip/Tuck" and "Popular," comes GLEE,
a one-hour musical comedy, that follows an optimistic high school teacher as he tries to transform the Glee Club
and inspire a group of ragtag performers to make it to the biggest competition of all: Nationals.

Will Schuester, a young optimistic teacher, has offered to take on the Herculean task of restoring McKinley's Glee Club to its former glory.
Everyone around him thinks he's nuts. He's out to prove them all wrong.

The third episode of season 5 will deal with Finn's death. The first two will be a two-part tribute to the Beatles.

TVLINE | Will you address Finn’s absence in the first two episodes?
Ryan: I don’t think so. We were supposed to be on in the fall with four episodes, and that’s just not going to happen. So we’re going to go on the air with two episodes and right now we’re writing the third episode, which deals with Finn’s death – which, you can imagine, is a very difficult episode to write.

TVLINE | So Lea will be back with the show at the start of Season 5, including the Beatles two-parter?
Ryan: Yes. She wants to be with people. The family was her family. She wants to be with the cast and the crew.

"100" Extended Summary
Following the loss at Nationals and the subsequent and imminent disbanding of the glee club by Principal Sue, former gleeks return to McKinley to celebrate their shared history, and reflect on what the past one-hundred lessons have meant to them. Included in the returning throng are dueling divas Rachel and Mercedes who, despite each making great strides in their own fields seem determined to revive an old feud; a new-and-improved Puck who, as a recent military inductee, is intent on impressing and possibly reconnecting with former girlfriend – and mother of his child - Quinn, but gets an unwelcome surprise in the process; MIT student and mathematical savant Brittany who, due to her uncanny though not wholly welcome natural talent for the science of numbers, believes she has irrevocably lost with her creative streak; and Broadway bad-girl and borderline alcoholic April Rhodes, who may have a fix to the doomed club’s problems… but not if Sue has anything to say about it.

Looks like it :shrug: Dianna tweeted about shooting a lot of scenes with Mark, and some of the cast/crew tweeted about "Quick" a bit. They are also doing a duet: Just give me a reason. And both Chace Crawford and Dianna confirmed that Chace's character Biff is a douche so he wont last long I guess.

I want to see more Adam Lambert :D

I can't believe they're doing Quick again. Well, I'm curious to see that.

With the McKinley High School glee club officially a thing of the past, many of those involved in New Directions, past and present, look towards what their futures hold. In a bid to keep music in the school in some form, returning substitute teacher Holly Holliday takes advantage of her oddly logical friendship with Principal Sue and wins approval for Will and the gleeks to try out a new, extra-curricular music club on a trial basis, but it doesn’t go quite as planned. As the original members of New Directions work with limited success to mend the ongoing rift between Rachel and Santana, it takes wise words from an unexpected source to make any progress towards ending the feud. Meanwhile, with graduation imminent, Tina grows more concerned about her dwindling college options and – desperate to find her ticket out of Lima – resorts to using questionable tactics; Puck makes a heartfelt admission to Quinn, prompting an unexpected and welcome response; Brittany and Santana make a realization about themselves and the future of their relationship; and an increasingly (and uncharacteristically) pessimistic Will gets mixed news about his future as a teacher.
