Thanks for the new thread!
Someone on tumblr compared Elena in that clip to the BTS Nina and Paul picture that she posted when he directed, apparently the hair is pulled back in both...but I have no idea if it was Elena or not...or maybe a flashback since they are being nostalgic.. __________________

Just saw the KG answer. I do hope the show just ends after S6 they already don't know what to do with the show anymore, the show is all about the triangle and you can only keep that going on for so long.
Now if only people stopped watching the show showing we are fed up with it in the ratings. I'm kinda afraid the ratings will stay in the CW standard because if that is the case the network will do everything to keep the show running. The only way I don't see them succeeding is if one of the main three decides to leave the show. I'm sure Ian wouldn't mind doing a couple of more seasons. I always thought Paul would leave but recently started doubting that. Nina? I am hoping she wants out because that would be our best bet of the show ending with season 6. __________________

well, i don't mean "improve things" like rejuvenate the show, i mean like, it'll improve things from what it'd otherwise be. if they know before they start writing S6 that it's the end it'll be written better than if they go into it blindly.
 (though I can't see them saying at this point that S7 will be the end, they'd probably only announce the final season thing if it's ending with S6 I think.)__________________

but I think if they set an end date beforehand like they did it would really help improve things for next season
