If Laurel isn't going to go dark (shucks!), maybe Sara will end up relating to the darkness in the huntress. Again, something has got to give with the lance sisters. They didn't drop all those tidbits for naught.

I'm pretty sure one of the interviews posted earlier confirmed she ends up in jail at the end of the episode, seeting up a Season 3 episode.

Here: "The tragedy of Episode 17 is that, just as he’s developed this clarity within himself that he could then pass on to her, Helena is in jail, for the time being. We definitely have an idea for a Season 3 episode with The Huntress. So, you’ll just have to tune in to Season 3.

Gotcha, thanks. Wonder why she doesn't out Oliver? She sort of tried to with McKenna, it was such a mess.

ETA, going back to review that article, have we talked about the quote from Guggenheim about Lance? I know someone brought it up earlier.

So does under the hood refer to :
Malcolm's returning presence (perhaps he reveals himself in the effort to get thea free from slade)
Quentin realizing Oliver's identity

ETA again, yeah, Cat, what you said has me wondering if Helena/Sara have a convo that alters things. There's that quote from the Huntress too--"Once you let the darkness in, it never comes out" Initially I was hoping that would affect Laurel, but maybe it will affect Sara? Just thinking out loud.

Please let Laurel go...she just needs to get off the screen. Sara is the perfect BC (IMO) and she's pretty much been given everything Comic Dinah Lance related anyway.

I like to think Laurel will recover, and come out of all these trials as a much stronger person. I also think it's a little unfair that not enough people think she's worth keeping around.

I don't think Katie will be going anywhere. They keep dropping her from episodes, she's probably just glad she's actually getting scenes. lol

She hardly ever tweets about the show. Certainly not like the rest of the cast. She's always rweeting about her fashion projects though.

Oooohh! Well that makes sense now. When Arrow was renewed for S3, Tumblr was grumbling about her not saying anything. Ah ha! 1+1=2 D'oh!

TBH, I would rather have Laurel leave and Caity as recurring. Or Laurel goes dark — I like that one. I saw something floating around about Katie becoming White Canary. Can't find source yet, but they said MG stated that. Has anyone else seen that?

This is true. Even that reviewer on TV.com Noel Kirkpatrick said he could not find a single promo pic of her in Blind Spot. He actually had to get it from the tvshow. He said he was going to get an old pic once because he coudln't find anything and thought it was odd.


But you know what...she could be busy with a lot of her own projects.

I haven't heard, but there is a pic on Tumblr that SA posted on his FB with him in costume and Katie next to him. It stated something like "Katie getting in on action." If it had said Laurel that would be different. He has posted pics of her before though while he is in gear. I think during the filming of 2.11

TBh though, I wouldn't be surprised. If she stays this would make her more "included"

And ETA I still would be totally down with Laurel going dark (would make EVERYTHING way more interesting to me but since guggie (his new nickname lmao) was talking about BOP starting her "Road to redemption . . . " well. . . although we must consider the source. Seems to me her decent to rock bottom took 12ish eps, she should have spent more than 3ish in "recovery" before she could start redeeming herself (and hells bells people, one of those eps was 45 min in present, 45 minutes!!)

I feel like it might be her that finds out. I mean there is nothing else the writers can do for her anymore short of killing Sara which I hope does not happen. So, I can see why they might let her find out about Oliver's alter ego and make her feel "included".
