Castle S&S Thread #16: Because Season 5 Is A Sure Thing.
Welcome to the 16th Castle spoilers and speculations thread    upcoming episodes 4x14 "The Blue Butterfly" - When Castle and Beckett investigate the killing of a treasure hunter, they discover the case is linked to a mysterious homicide from 1947 involving a hard-boiled private detective. Castle realizes the only way to solve the present-day murder is to solve the murder from the past. The 1947 case comes to life through stylized flashbacks, featuring Castle as the private eye and Beckett as a femme fatale, on "Castle," MONDAY, FEBRUARY 6 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network. 4x15 "Pandora" - In the first episode of a two-part "Castle" event, Castle and Beckett pursue a ruthless killer who, they discover, is part of a sinister, international conspiracy. Castle and Beckett are joined on the case by Sophia Conrad (guest star Jennifer Beals, "The Chicago Code," "Flashdance"), a smart, sexy CIA operative who has a complicated past with Castle. Josh Stamberg, ("Drop Dead Diva") also guest stars as Martin Danberg, an intelligence officer, on "Castle," MONDAY, FEBRUARY 13 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network. The second episode in this story arc, "Linchpin," airs Monday, February 20. general spoilers Courtesy of Ask Ausiello: Question: From the Castle promo pics that were released last week, we see that Beckett isn’t exactly happy about guest star Kristin Lehman’s character hanging around with Castle next week. It's probably a bit of both. When they find out about each other's secret, it will probably piss the hell out of them, and hurt the relationship in the short term. But I think once tempers cool, they might realize they were doing it in the best interests of the other person. If they come to accept that, and I think they will, it will only bring them closer in the long run. But the long run might not come before next season, LOL. Marlowe's just mean enough to do that to us. I wouldn't blame him for stretching things out if he did that---especially now that the show's been renewed. Stretching is something all show runners do to a certain extent. |
