I've never read 2000 AD, so I don't know if I like it or not?

It seems to be where a lot of British writers and artists cut their teeth before moving to the States. Garth Ennis started there, I think. So did Simon Bisley, Alan Moore, Carlos Ezquerra, to be honest I'm not sure which are the big names in US comics these days!
